Let me start with the most basic mistake I see most people mistaken.
You - Your - You're
YOU - Someone being addressed by the one who speaks.
Example of use : The most beautiful person in this hall is none other than you.
Easy right? But the remaining 2 are the most general mistake people does, and are always confused.
YOUR - Belonging or connected to the one being addressed by the person who speaks.
Example of use : Your eyes are shining like moon, lighting up my darkness.
YOU'RE - It's a contraction of you are.
Example of use : 1. You're an angel.
- You're done if the police catches you.
The most common mistake I read during a presentation, letter or even text are as below.
Your welcome.
You're hair look great today.
You're assignment due date is delayed.
Your feeling exhausted from the way I see.
You're house is huge.
