从个人淘宝店的兴衰,看马云说的“免费是世界上最昂贵的东西”

思考和表达,对于毕业后就疲于奔命的我来说,似乎早把它遗忘了。由于最近试水自媒体,每天都要写一些东西,这才让我觉得自己还能静下心来思考。

由于之前做过几年淘宝店,所以对电商行业比较了解,对相关信息也比较关注。今天看到一个网友抱怨,他新开的淘宝店,没有付费推广,也没有刷单,只靠自然流量,两个月升级到了4钻的信誉,第二个月总订单数达到了三千单,可是紧接着订单就急剧减少,次月不到一千单,他很着急,但不知道是怎么回事。

看了他的情况,我感同身受,正是由于淘宝店流量越来越贵,赚钱越来越难,所以我才放弃的。其实他算幸运的了,现在新店还能如此顺利起步,绝大多数人是做不到的。我猜测大概是新店扶植期,加上类目竞争相对较小,另外基础做得好,这才让他有了两个月升4钻的成绩。

淘宝套路一直是这样的,新店给予一定的流量扶持,让卖家雄心勃勃准备大干一场,扶持期过后,自然流量减少,卖家想继续得到流量,就需要付费推广。

想到淘宝创建之初,就是以免费开店击中卖家痛点,赶走了易趣。可见,淘宝很具有商人气质,很懂得经营之道,并以实际行动践行着马云说过的一句话:“免费是世界上最昂贵的东西!”。

是的,经历了才明白过来,先是免费的自然流量,然后便是昂贵的付费推广……
