在沒有互聯網沒有手機之前大家聊天，吃飯都是有說有笑，而如今低頭族到處都是，吃飯看，走路看，我們生活中的大部分時間都被碎片化，很難專心做事。自己曾經試過專心讀一本書，可是屢次被打敗手機一會不在身邊就渾身不自在，不懂大家有沒有試過呢？ image
