就在刚刚 Utopian 的老板 @elear 在 帖子和 discord 上宣布在 意大利成立 Utopian 公司。
可喜可贺！这开始只是 Steem 上的一个小项目，谁又能想到今天能做大做强，成为 Steem 上唯数不多的一个公正的大腿呢？谁又能想到我竟然还成为公司第一批"雇员" 呢？
这说明了 Steem 还是个良好的生态圈，圈子里大家认 SBD, STEEM 的价值，Utopian 用这些奖励那些对开源有贡献的人，用户所写的帖子较大比例是有价值的，大家都看好这个平台，更多的程序员参于到这个项目中来，良性循环，增加了曝光率，更多的投资涌入。
去年 12月10号成为 Utopian 审稿人以来，一共一个多月，utopian 每周通过 @utopian.pay 根据你审稿的数量给工钱。我一共收到了 12.369 STEEM，并不多，因为我平均一天可能也就一篇左右。
福利越来越好，由于很多审稿人抱怨工钱少，公司通过点赞审稿人的评论用于发小费 @utopian.tip
钱是一方面，但是我最看重的还是这个平台的可持续性，Utopian 从另一方面定义了何为高质量的帖子。
SteemIt 上好文章不一定得到高赞，很一般的文章也许能得到高赞：买赞的存在，亲朋好友互相点，自己点自己…… 文章的质量和收益并不能单纯的用一等式来关联。
但是 Utopian 不同了，Utopian 定义了各种规则，按着规则被通过的文章绝大部分是有一定的价值的，比如提BUG，翻译，教程，开发等都是对社区有贡献的帖子，理应得到奖励。
不公平的现象在 Utopian 里大大减少了，大家按规则来，不用绞尽心思骗赞，把重心放在如何真正为社区做些什么，这比整天看 Trending 上晒照片的有意义多了。

我这一个多月来，在开源社区上贡献了不少项目，以前很懒得写开源程序，这下有动力了，有钱拿，能为开源社区做些事情，还能写到简历上，多好的事？

到今天为止，大概审了60多篇（其中40多篇是 开发，20篇是 BUG）。审稿就像读博时候做的预研 (Literature Review)，看看别人都做了哪些工作。学习别人的代码，拓展一下自己的思维。
按60篇来算，一共得了12个STEEM，平均审一篇0.2个STEEM，审一篇快的二分钟（需要查重等），慢的十几分钟，时间付出并不高，但是对我来说，有意思，有意义，这样的事情，收益就不要看得太重了。

熟悉了规则觉得还不错，确实提升了自己去写库的动力，感觉自己真的身处开源洪流之中了。但是就这些天看下来，utopian的中文贴普遍灌水，但是可能初期也必须灌水，我觉得个人可以把两者区分开来，灌水和干货同时来。翻译区就不说了，感觉没多少是技术人员翻译出来的，大多机翻的驴唇不对马嘴，根本看不下去，希望接下来能有改进吧。
