One Night in Luton. 回到Luton十一年前打工的酒巴Brookes喝酒

I lived in Luton from 2004 to 20011 (7 years exactly). Last week, we drove back to Luton and stayed there for one night. Everything still looks familiar except for a few new university buildings.

We also went to the Brooks Pub, which I worked as a bartender 11 years ago.  

这次带着我姐开车到处游玩, 当天从温莎城堡开车1个半小时回到我在英国待的第一个地方 鲁顿 Luton (我从2004年到2011年住了7年曾经学习生活和工作过的地方) 

 英国夏天9点多的天色还亮着, 回到曾经生活的小镇 格外的亲切

当年在镇中心的 Brookes酒巴工作了一年左右, 因为需要赚生活费(一周当时学生规定最多20小时 每小时4.85英镑, 一个月能挣大概400英镑) 

 喝了3品脱啤酒也差不多

每次回Luton 都要来母校留个影, 以下是06年的时候. 

I looked so young 11 years ago...

 11年前刚读博士那会儿， 如今，真是惨不忍睹。岁月真是把杀猪刀。

But now...  Time flies like an arrow , and time lost never returns. 

 母校在英国排名靠后, 被我们戏称为野鸡大学, 因为较好毕业所以每年学生满意度调查总是分数很靠前. University of Bedfordshire…被我们说成是 Bedfordshit, 而校徽也被我们形象成竖中指.

虽然恨铁不成钢 不过我们还是很爱母校滴哟!
