今天在健身房练的腿,做的高次数训练,100公斤自由深蹲10组,每组15到20个,倒蹬机腿举10组每组20次,器械抬腿10组,还有其他一些器械和小腿,练完感觉走路有点无力,但是还没到扶墙而出的地步,回到家感觉非常的饿,把今天从七鲜买的鲜贝和虾仁拿出来做了一个香葱炒虾仁鲜贝,又用鸡胸做了一道酸菜水煮鸡胸,这样做出来的鸡胸不差有味道,比煎烤出来的口感要好很多,配着米饭全给吃光了,今天的蛋白质应该是补充足了!
