我老爸胃不太好,今天请瑞金医院营养科的主任开了一个食谱,现在分享给大家:

(1) 早餐(7点~7:30)
白菜、白萝卜、山药、瘦肉切成碎丁
白米下锅熬粥,半熟时放入以上食材
熬熟后放入10几粒盐即可食用
(2) 上午加餐(10点~10:30)
1.炖蛋一个、蒸苹果一个
2.炖蛋一个、新鲜橙汁(加温热)
3.一片面包或者一个花卷、加热的当季水果
以上3个方案每天可以更换着食用
(3) 中餐(12点)
熬排骨汤备用
红萝卜、山药、木耳、菌菇类(选两种即可)、瘦肉沫(或者选用排骨汤内的排骨切碎)、白菜、西兰花切丁备用
冷锅冷油(一定要少油),把所有的菜类放进锅内,加热,翻炒半熟后把肉丁放在菜上,肉色变色后放入排骨汤适量,熬15分钟,然后放面条(选用龙须挂面)或者白米都可以,煮熟后放入少许盐即食。
(4) 下午加餐(3点~3:30)
一杯蛋白粉(安利牌,放一勺半)、一片面包。
因老爷子肠胃不太好,一天只进一次水果即可。
(5) 晚餐(6点~6:30)
牛腩汤备用
菌类(选4种)白萝卜、白菜、山药、花菜、虾仁、瘦肉(可以选用牛腩汤里的牛腩肉切碎),菜类切丁备用。
冷锅冷油把菜类放入锅内,加热,翻炒半熟后,把虾仁、切碎的牛腩放入菜的上面翻炒到肉类、虾仁变色,加入排骨汤熬20分钟,放入白米或者面条都可以,煮熟后放入少许盐即可食用。
切记不可给老人吃大油、肥肉类的食物,一切清淡、少油、忌肥肉。
(6) 睡前点心(9点)
熬两碗小米粥,只食用上面一层小米粥油一碗
小米粥油有助于睡眠。
我感觉完全要做到有难度,只能尽力而为了。
