只要公司分配相应的资源让人折腾，工资又翻倍的情况，又有想做事情的想法。认为应该一试。至于最担心的第二种情况，公司不会分配过少的资源，否则水平太烂也失去了陪练的资格；只要分配资源Ok，有平台可以折腾，是否成为陪练要看能做出什么水平。
