这种事情之间也遇到过，想想领导的套路还是蛮合适的，批评新员工，然后让老员工去打圆场，再一起想办法去补救，其实只要大家看到在努力想负责，事情也就没啥了

    对，其实大部分领导都是会维护老员工，但是对新人来说，有时候就是这样一味的指责让新人没有了信心跟热情

      看来碰上一群好领导也算是很幸运的啦 就当交学费了 新人不怕犯错~
