Catherine Palace at Pushkin Town, south of St. Petersburg. It was a summer residence for Russian tsars, Emperors of Russia before 1917. I also had the privilege to see the 8th Wonder of The World here, the infamous Amber Room, by being able to get into the palace before the crowd.

Madonna and Child (The Benois Madonna) original painting by Leonardo Da Vinci in 1914 in The State Hermitage Museum of St. Petersburg. I managed to take this photo up-close because I went into the museum with a deluxe pass.
