1.个人头像是怎么上传的？

可以。steem 上，发什么都可以，但后果要自己承担。复制自己的文章当然可以，这事儿我也做过，觉得比较麻烦，因为会有人问，你还得自证清白。一来二去，时间成本高。当然，因人而异。
