其实 从严格意义上讲，去中心 只是单纯指 技术层面上的实现，和上层意识形态是否中心化没什么关系。
就是单纯为了让 数据库信息 不被单方面组织掌握，就是区块链去中心化的技术约定和实现。
和上层的应用逻辑层面是否有个人，还是有组织，还是有大中心，没关系的。
所以大鲸啥的，和去中心化没啥关系。
