what does "requiring a running node" mean? does it mean we have to hold a ton of tokens before being able to stake?

    It means we have to run the nodes to get that return, and to run the nodes, we need to have OMG tokens first. So yes, OMG is a staking token.

      thanks, but how much token is needed? i'm curious coz i only have a hundred lol

        I think a hundred tokens will also do. But the network isn't ready yet, let's see what will happen.
