Welcome to Steemit!

It's good that you are sharing some of your fitness journey here. Taking good care of yourself is good for you and the people you care about.

I've been here on Steemit for a few months and I've learned a whole lot since joining. Best advice I can give is to keep posting. Then share those posts with friends and family who are not yet on Steemit.
