相传彭祖活了880岁,在古代因为生活条件和医疗条件的问题长寿的人并不多,帝王之家也是如此,长寿的帝王也就那么几个,并且清朝居多,但是在古代所有长寿的人无一不是精通医道的,我今天要给大家介绍的就是道教的先驱者彭祖,彭祖有个养生的秘术今天分享给大家,不喜勿喷谢谢!
彭祖闭气法 :
笫一步(调整姿式): 身体自然盘坐,全身放松.双乎握拳,大母指握在拳里面(不可用力握拳).分别放在左右腿上(左拳放在左腿上右拳放在右腿上)。
笫二步(调整呼吸平静身心): 身体姿式调整完后,开始闭嘴(记住在整个炼功过程中嘴始终是闭着不张开的,因为如果用觜呼吸的话容易伤到人的元气,因此彭祖闭气功始采用鼻子来呼吸和调吸),用鼻子进行三到四次的自然呼吸,以达到心平气和的状态。
笫三步(闭气): 呼吸调整完成后,开始闭气。首先用鼻子深吸一口气,使肺部气满,让肺部多吸收一些养气(这样在闭气时会相对的增加闭气时间,使功效加大),吸满后约停顿一秒中,然后用鼻子再把肺部的气全部吐净,吐气的同时小腹(即丹田)用力向外鼓,并意想全身的真气通过小腹的外鼓使全身的真气全部聚到小腹上。吐气与小腹外鼓同时进行,肺部的气吐净了,小腹也鼓到了极限,然后开始闭住气,不呼也不吸。闭气开始后,全身放松,小腹不再用力并通过身体的放松自然收回到正常状态 。
笫四步(换气): 闭气状态达到一定时间后,肺部开始憋闷,到了自已无法再憋时,就要开始给肺部加养,也就是换气。由于在闭气状态下肺部是真空状态,因此,换气的笫一步就要先用鼻子深吸一口气,然后再用鼻子自然的吐出。换气的笫二步采用自然呼吸,经几次自然呼吸后,肺部又重新得到了养气的供给,接下来又开始新一轮的闭气。新一轮闭气只要重复上面笫三步闭气过程即。
