初春的天气飘起了小雪
小朋友说要喝羊肉汤
没有羊骨头就用羊肉凑合凑合吧
羊肉清洗切大块
放入锅中不盖盖子
大火煮开撇去浮末
放入香料包煮开转小火
盖上盖子
我煮了三个多小时
把肉肉捞出来切块
装盘，撒上椒盐辣椒粉
小朋友不吃辣
所以只放了椒盐
羊肉汤盛出来放上自己喜欢的调料
辣椒醋香油等等
再配上自己做的大饼
一顿饭就这么解决了
