按照之前的经验，通过 Mailgun 发送到 QQ 邮箱的邮件似乎是会被直接拒收，在垃圾箱也找不到。除非购买 Mailgun 的付费服务获得独立 IP。

    我记得Mailgun如果绑定域名之后是可以的，难道现在变了？

      我当时去年还是前年来着尝试架了一个站，邮件服务用了 Mailgun 也绑定了自己的域名，结果朋友反映说用 QQ 邮箱注册说完全找不到验证邮件。网上查了一下似乎说解法是申请独立 IP 然后向 QQ 邮箱部门报备白名单。
