这是我的新玩具——咖啡烘豆机，比起动辄上万、几万设置十几万的设备来说，看起来不太专业，但也算是一个比较传统的烘焙方法了。这也是第一次正儿八经的烘焙咖啡豆。作为新手，用了便宜的云南小粒咖啡生豆做练习。第一锅糊了，第二锅开始掌握大致的火力，烘焙了一锅中深度的。看起来不是那么均匀。不过这便宜等级的咖啡豆本身就不太均匀，也没有办法。不过最后手冲酸苦味适中。做成意式SEO就太酸了，非常难喝，放弃！不说了，今晚继续再烘焙一锅。
