从大学的时候我就开始喝茶，几乎是同龄人中最早喝茶的人，有时候我上课都拿个茶杯，同学们总说我像个老大爷，提前进入养老生活了。

那时候喜欢喝茶就是因为喜欢茶香味，第一道最香，但最苦，第二道至第五道喝起来最舒服，越往后味道越淡了。喝了好几年的茶，其实我真的对茶没有深层的研究，我很喜欢喝茉莉花茶，所以这么久一直钟爱花毛峰，从没有换过茶叶。
茶的分类及适应人群
在中国茶叶一般分为：绿茶、乌龙茶、红茶、花茶、黑茶等，有的朋友觉得茶都千篇一律，有点苦涩又有点香。但其实每种茶的功效和适应人群都是不一样的，如果真的要喝茶，与其乱买茶叶还不如选择一种适合的茶叶。
绿茶（龙井、碧螺春、毛峰），听名字就觉得清新怡人，它的功效也是如此，尤其适合夏天饮用。如果你平时的工作比较繁忙或是压力较大，不妨每天泡一杯绿茶。红茶（滇红、祁红），它的茶性比较温和，相比绿茶它更适合一些肠胃不好的人饮用，泡红茶也可以加适量糖。乌龙茶，它很适合肥胖的人，常喝乌龙茶可以降血脂、降低胆固醇并且助消化，但冰冻三尺非一日之寒，不是喝一两天就能见效的。黑茶也有助于消化和降血脂，据说肉类食物吃得较多的话，可以喝黑茶解油腻，比如普洱茶。花茶，我个人很喜欢花茶的香味，比如茉莉花茶，据说花茶更适合女性朋友，有助于调经理气。
注意：
如果你要长期喝茶，最好还是弄清楚你适合喝哪种茶，更要清楚自身身体情况适不适合喝某种茶（比如容易失眠的人和患有泌尿系结石者就不适宜喝茶），避免你的身体状况与茶性冲突。
