2016年8月7日 农历 七月初五 立秋， 今天该吃什么的话题， 昨天中午在寺庙里吃的素，晚上回来吃的是顿金蝉花汤，金蝉花是大补之物，应该和冬虫夏草有得一比，早上起来有些上火，不到进补的时候， 小姨子刚刚送来两碗亲手做的凉粉，真好吃， 以前也吃过凉粉，只是加了点冰糖，白白的,滑滑的，用的原料是树上的凉粉果
我第一次认识这个果是在2008年，其实更早的时候是我从小就知道，因为它们全长在村里的后山上，只是那时候人们不知道是凉粉果，能吃
简单介绍下这个果子，有公果子和 母果子之分，和男人和女人一样，底部有凸出的是公果子， 因为我亲手摘过，只有母果子才有籽，才能炸出凉粉来，很多白浆，就像你们XX一样 ：）
把籽在烧开的凉泉水里用力搓柔，过20分钟左右，就会有神奇的化学反应，白白的凉粉就沉淀了， 口味的调料就是自己去加了， 就像刚才小姨子的两碗，我只吃了一口，就被小家伙们抢去了
冰冻凉粉应该口感更不错
