握手握手，我也有睡眠问题，不过我不是不能入睡，而是每晚深度睡眠只有一个小时，最多睡个三四个小时就醒了，并且再难入睡。这也比几年前好，自从生了娃后，我就是二个钟头妈妈，现在儿子都要上中学了，我还是两钟头妈妈。
