We are Yiting and Nan, this is our second travel notes talking about our trip to Switzerland in April this year. We hope that you would like it ! :D

Swiss-French border town - Annecy 瑞法边境小镇 - 安纳西

We didn't take the flight directly from Paris to Geneva. Instead, we went to one of the most beautiful village — Annecy. It is a very small town so you could definitely visit it on foot. It is also near to Geneva. It takes only one and half hour on bus from here to Geneva. The central island in the old town was decorated by various flowers, so it is also called the flower town. Many tourists came here for holidays.

我们并没有直接从巴黎飞日内瓦，而是先去了心心念念的号称法国最美小镇的安纳西。这是一个小小的安静的城市，火车站小小的，汽车站就靠在旁边，但也游人如织。中心老城区的小岛上摆满了鲜花，怪不得被称为鲜花小镇。

Annecy Lake is emerald green and looks like the colour of copper sulfate solution at the first sight. We took a baot trip in order to see the castle on both sides of the lake, the distant Alps mountains. There were many people paragliding in the sky. Next time, we will also try it.

安纳西湖是翡翠绿色的，一眼望去很像初中化学课本描述的硫酸铜溶液的颜色，哈哈哈。我们乘船游览一圈，看到了湖边的城堡，远处的阿尔卑斯连山，以及天空上玩滑翔伞的人，并且暗暗决定将来有机会一定去滑翔一次！

Great Fountain and Untied Nations Auditorium - Geneva 大喷泉和联合国大礼堂 - 日内瓦

In the country with so many beautiful lakes and mountains, Geneva lake is important in Europe. The lake water finally flows to France heading south into the Rhone River. The great fountain is on the lake which is about thirty meters high. It is magnific even watching from a short distance. It is worthwhile mentioning that people measured the transmission speed of sound in the water here for the first time 190 years ago, in 1827. Another interesting fact is that the origin of Evian mineral water is located in the south bank of the lake.

在这个湖光山色的国度，日内瓦也有湖，湖水最后是流到法国境内，一路向南汇入罗纳河。最著名的大概就是大喷泉了，有三十多米，近距离观看也是蔚为壮观。值得一提的是，190年前（1827年）就是在这儿人们第一次测量了声音在水中传播的速度，另一个有趣的事实是，依云矿泉水的产地就坐落在湖的南岸。

When people mention Geneva, we would think of the Untied Nations. Although the United Nations headquarter has moved to New York, many meetings are still held in Geneva. Geneva is no longer its headquarter but it still has the historical significance.

来到日内瓦，总会想到联合国，想到历史课本上周总理参加的日内瓦会议。因为后来联合国迁址到纽约，日内瓦也不再作为联合国总部， 但是众多会议仍然在此召开，而历史性意义也自然不言而喻。

The living cost is quite high here comparing to the average of France. The inhabitants are gentil and well educated.

从行为举止等等看来，日内瓦的居民普遍素养较高，生活水平很高（贵）。

Train to Spring — Interlaken 开往春天的火车 - 因特拉肯

Heading east, we took the famous sightseeing train "Golden Express". Time seems to slpw down because of full scenery of the nature. We passed the green field, the crystal lake and high mountains. We were obsessed by the scenery on the train trip.

一路向东，我们坐上了著名的观光列车“黄金快线”，看足了沿路的山村风光，时间好像慢了下来，满眼自然风格，或掠过绿油油的田野，或跨过晶莹的湖泊，对于火车旅行的痴迷极大程度得到了满足。

Interlaken is known as the best staring point for the Jungfrau. It is located between two lakes: Thun Lake and Brienz Lake, so it is also known as the "EYE of GOD". We were very lucky for choosing a Airbnb house just in front of the river. The scenery is very pleasant as shown below.

选择因特拉肯，是因为这里是去往少女峰的绝佳起点，也因为它位于两大湖：图恩湖和布里恩茨湖分界的位置，被称为“上帝之眼”，很幸运我们的Airbnb住址正好在连接两湖的河流面前，风光甚是怡人。

Then we took a boat trip to Lake Thun. The ship docked at all important ports and finally went back to Interlake. We visited the castle in Thun. It is worthwhile to climb to the top to overlook the town.

接着，我们乘游船在图恩湖游览，船在各个重要码头停靠，最后再驶回因特拉肯，我们在图恩城堡进行了参观，登顶一览山湖盛况。

Climb the mountains only for you — Jungfrau 翻山越岭来见你 - 少女峰

Jungfrau is the highest peak of the Alps. The railway to it has been built for over one hundred years. It is very difficult to construct such a high railway. From Interlaken to Jungfrau, we needed to transfer. The first triain is the ordinary one and the second trip was on a gear train which runs much slower. To some extent, the purpose of our trip is to see the Jungfrau. We were so lucky to be able to see it because the condition of the weather was great then.

To us, Jungfrau has a different meaning. Jungfrau has witnessed our love and we have also witnessed her beauty. We would to plan a second trip to it.

少女峰是阿尔卑斯山脉的最高峰之一，铁路建成一百多年了，看着边上的介绍，了解到当初建设这么高的一条铁路也是相当不容易。很有意思的，从因特拉肯到少女峰中间要换乘，第一趟列车类似于普通火车，而第二趟是单齿轮的火车，一点点把游人们运送上山。很大程度上我们这次游览的目的就是看少女峰，因为和天气等等有很大的关系，所以并不是每一天都能登顶远眺到少女峰的，所以也有传说此峰如同少女一般羞涩，不愿见人而得名。
于我们，少女峰有着无比重要的意义，我们都想着第二次第三次无限次地来看过少女峰，我们见证她的秀美，她也见证地见证我们。

Delicious food in Switzerland 不可辜负的美食 - 吃在瑞士

Because of the geographical reasons, the diets in Switzerland are similar to these in France and in Germany. It was the first time that we saw the big elbow as big as the plate. The cheese fondue is more distinctive. There are two kinds of cheese pot. One is heated by a heater and then the cheese will melt. We use the blade to scrape it and eat them with bread, ham or small cucumber. The other one is in the boiled pot. By using a special slender fork, we fetch the bread and pack the bread with cheese. Both of them are really nice.

因为地缘的原因，瑞士的很多饮食和德法很像，比如第一次见识到的和盘子一样大的大肘子，但是更具特色的是奶酪火锅，一种是固体的奶酪用加热器加热，然后融化了那薄片刀挑起来，蘸着面包面包吃，配上火腿片小酸黄瓜等等，另一种是熬好的一锅，用特制的细长的叉子插着面包蘸着吃，对于没怎么吃过奶酪的我们，真是大开眼界：

All in all, Switzerland is one of our favoriate country with best scenery. We would definitely go there again.

总之，瑞士，处处风景如同在明信片上一样，我们一定会来很多次的 :D
