六天以前，EOSIO发布了EOS新版本EOSIO v1.7.1以及EOSIO v1.6.4，对于v1.7而言，我暂时还是不想做吃螃蟹的人，但是v1.6.4是安全更新啊（虽然我确定并不影响我），必须要更新一下了。
v1.6.4解决的还是net_plugin的问题，影响的是那些开P2P服务的公共节点。

编译必须是超级顺利的，按惯例确认一下版本号
nodeos --version
