脱光了睡，睡得更香！

😊以前上学的时候住宿舍不好意思脱光睡，自从工作以后自己住，才体验到裸睡的好处，对于我这种入眠慢的人，减少身上的束缚感，入睡时间真的有缩短，睡得也更沉，到了冬天天冷时候需要穿睡衣反而还觉得不自在，不舒服了。
