鱼骨图又称石川图、因果图、关键要因图 使用鱼骨图，进行因果关系分析，通过一级的果找到一级的因；一级的因又是二级的果，通过二级的果找到二级的因。一层一层，抽丝剥茧，通过不断的深入找到问题的根本原因。
在鱼骨图的实际分析中，一幅鱼骨图到二级因果关系，若需要继续深入，则需要另起一幅鱼骨图做进一步的因果分析。
