「夜如何其？夜未央，庭燎之光」
首先感謝 @aaronli 舉辦是次活動，讓我們透過分享香港夜生活，讓更多內地與國際友人可以認識東方之珠散發璀璨夜光的美。
黃昏時分，斜陽急速墜落維港，在浮盪的水平面拖出一道金粉長廊，萬家燈火作為背景的點綴。於是我特意登上山頂，守株待兔，以求捕捉一張諸神黃昏隕滅一刻的絕美景色。成功捕捉如斯尤物，當然要下山到銅鑼灣以微酌一杯展開夜生活的序幕。
在某高樓的室外會所，再次為披上七彩雲裳羽衣的維港來一張沙龍。只見入夜的維港以彩虹漸變的探射燈在面上畫出華麗的妝容，對比前面的維港留影，兩幅香港夜景恰如一個洗盡鉛華的二八少女瞬間蛻變成風姿婀娜的美人，呈現兩種截然不同的美，確實不可思議。
「夜如何其？夜未艾，庭燎晣晣」
有些人會追求夜生活的激情，充滿豔麗的睱想。而我卻不喜愛紙醉金迷的虛幻，也因為少女不立危牆之下，免得家人擔心個人安危，所以也沒打算為大家介紹夜遊的熱點蘭桂坊。反之每逢入夜時分，我更喜歡陷入四周一片昏暗的氣氛，享受獨處一人的安寧。
「夜如何其？夜鄉晨，庭燎有輝」
離開銅鑼灣後，我選擇前往北角的HARBOUR GRAND，這裡雖然位於港島東，但地理位置得天獨厚，依然可以飽覽盡維港的風景，同時能避開尖沙咀與銅鑼灣的繁囂所帶來的壓迫和焗促。
為了享受月下獨酌的愜意，先點上一杯啤酒，再來一瓶紅酒，維港微微吹起的海風混和了兩種酒香，細細品味當中的甜與苦澀。「斯是陋室，惟吾德馨」，其實享受夜生活並不一定需要身在金雕玉砌的5星級酒店，只要可以自己一個以愉悅輕鬆的心情默默品賞維港與酒的美，也能在片刻間進入一個看水還是水的空靈境界。
「天階夜色涼如水，坐看牽牛織女星」
觀看美景需配上美酒，所謂「葡萄美酒夜光杯」；如能同時配上美食，更能提供六覺的豐盛享受。在餐廳點了一道牛肉漢堡，輕輕一口便溶化了一整片厚實的牛肉。
以整片天地與海洋為伴碟，加上口感鮮美來自不同產地的火腿為伴酒，不禁產生「此物只應天上有，人間哪得幾回聞」的讚嘆。
在夜裡，各人都有關於夜的體會與追求。而我怡然自得地賞著夜景、美酒、美食，為漫漫長夜帶來美好的開始。

很難得一個港女不喜歡紙醉金迷。是我的誤解吧，電視電影裏都說著蘭桂坊的不夜城，迷混著酒色財氣甚至毒品的濃濁氣氛，控制不住誘惑，從此墮落。。。
