Civic 的 ICO 体验

感觉Civic今天的ICO设计比较合理，一方面是在presale已经售完的情况下，给小散户提供优先认购机会。另外采用排队系统避免了网络拥挤，逐级降低投资封顶额度，也保证更多的人能参与。更重要是有产品，有明星团队，而且不太贪，赞一个。
