对房地产业而言，国家的政策从2003年以来一直很稳定，那就是鼓励房地产的发展，但预防过快增长带来的泡沫的扩大，所以，现在就是白银时代，中国的经济增长方式不变，房价就不会下跌，只会涨，更何况是具有超强的吸引力的上海和北京。
