国人搞ICO私募之乱状：

投资者：不破发就持有，破发就维权
代投者：破发就发币，暴涨就说没投上
投资大佬：纷纷移民东京
项目方：人在国内，要捐款潜逃越来越难，项目搞不好就被人肉出来了。

谁是最终的受害者呢？
