I received a bag of dried anchovies from my friend and made a healthy snack: fried anchovies, paired with soda or beer. It can also be served as a light appertizer for its chewy texture and the taste of the sea. I added chilli paste to make it spicy, but any seasoning will not go wrong when it comes anchovies!
朋友送了一大包干的凤尾鱼给我，这玩意腥气十足，放厨房里一进门都能闻到这股来自大海的气息。煮汤看来是没戏了，加点辣椒酱做成重口味零食才能拯救一下。
干的凤尾鱼长这样，以前看过bbc介绍英国美食的纪录片好像对凤尾鱼罐头非常追捧，不过他们是用新鲜凤尾鱼做的。我这包太干了，在炸之前稍微泡发一下。
炸好了是这样，自己做的好处是少油少盐，多吃两口也不觉得在犯罪。
