Pungent and Spicy Challenge: Szechuan Wontons, Ribs and Intestines 再怕辣也吃不停的四川小吃

Szechuan cuisine is full of chili peppers and the unique szechuan peppers, and hot chili oil is added to almost every dish, imagine you feel month burnt and numb while eating, and even ice water can only sooth a little bit, it is quite a challenge to have authentic Szechuan food. Today I have a wonderful journey at this not-so-authentic Szechuan restaurant because the cashier told me they reduce the level of spicy a lot so that I can order with confident, but the rest parts are all original, great!

我在小的时候去过四川旅游，当时好像川菜馆还没有现在那么火遍江南大地，所以对四川人的吃辣程度估计不足，去到那里的第一口菜就被辣到麻到，接下来在那吃的饭都是老老实实放开水里涮了才吃，即使这样吃也完全不影响对川菜的美好印象。后来上学的时候认识了四川来的同学，大家一起去川菜馆吃饭都在喊辣的时候只有四川的同学都是不屑一顾的说，一点都不辣，太没味道了。该同学因为实在过于嫌弃吃不到合她口味的菜，发挥四川女人贤惠的传统，经常做个辣子鸡丁之类的正宗川菜打牙祭，有幸吃了几次是真的好吃，可是那干辣椒放的比鸡还多，每次都是在一堆辣椒里面找鸡肉不说，还必须备着一大碗米饭边喊啦边冒汗吃个不停。好在是现在川菜馆基本都改良过了，不仅有微辣的选项，很多还有微微辣，比如今天，我就很怂的直接选了微微辣。
