早餐系列之 ——西红柿鸡蛋饼

用料:
西红柿 :1个
鸡蛋: 2个
青菜: 一小颗
面粉: 少量

食用油

步骤一:
锅里烧好热水,洗好西红柿,把西红柿放到热水里烫一下,烫完之后去皮切成小丁

步骤二:
鸡蛋打入碗中搅拌均匀

步骤三:
青菜洗干净切成末,这里如果没有青菜也没事,稍微放点葱点缀一下颜色也可以

步骤四:
把青菜和切好的西红柿,加入面粉一起搅拌,然后再放入鸡蛋搅拌均匀,最后根据个人口味加入适量的盐调味

步骤五:
电饼铛预热,刷上油,放上模具

步骤六:将搅拌好的材料倒入模具中,然后煎至一面发黄,翻一下再煎,两面煎黄就可以了

Tip:
1、搅拌材料的时候一定要后放鸡蛋,如果直接把面粉和鸡蛋放一起搅拌会容易出现疙瘩,搅拌不均匀,
2、用模具直接做有时可能会出现渗漏的现象,所以也可以考虑直接做一个整的饼,做好之后也可以用模具的样子按出造型
