梅菜焖五花!软糯入味!肥而不腻!
用梅干菜焖过的五花肉真的下饭又好吃,一点都不油腻,汤汁配米饭可以吃好几碗,做法也非常简单~
食材
梅菜、五花肉、冰糖、干辣椒、八角、姜蒜

做法
1五花肉水开上锅蒸30分钟,梅菜用清水浸泡10分钟后,洗净抓干水份,热锅倒入梅菜炒干水份,五花肉切厚片,煸炒出油脂
2加入冰糖20克、干辣椒8条、八角2颗、姜片3片、蒜蓉和蒜苗各少许,炒出香味
3加入生抽2匙、蚝油1匙、料酒2匙,翻炒至上色,转入砂锅,加入没过五花肉的开水,大火煮开后转小火煮30分钟
4倒入梅菜大火煮开后转小火煮20分钟,出锅前撒入蒜苗就可以了~
