制作方法:
1、 准备白菜叶、土豆丝适量。白菜叶选挨近菜心一点的部分,味道才好。
2、 炒锅放油加热,放入土豆丝。
3、 炸成金黄色,这一步其实已经可以单独撒盐做一道菜了哈哈哈。
4、 然后捞出控油备用。
5、 取一个小碗,放入白菜叶和炸好的土豆丝。
6、 放入白糖。
7、 放入白醋和其他喜欢的调料,用筷子搅拌均匀盛入盘中即可。
这样清新的顔值,是不是让人食指大动呢?
白菜丝可以用生菜丝或者萝卜丝代替。
