这个比赛基本上是看谁人有本事写出一个高效率的去中心化交易所的区块链 （dex blockchain）
这个prototype 必须达到以下标准
- 可以发送，接收原生代币
- 可以创造和发行新代币，冻结，销毁代币
- 可以在链上挂交易单，取消交易单等等
- 可以直接在区块链上转换链上的不同代币
- 可以在区块链上发放ico
binance 将会预先挖好足够的链上的原生代币， 然后把 erc 20 的bnb 转成这个区块链的原生代币。
任何交易都可以直接在区块链上执行。

比赛暂时不需要 gui ， command line 也可以接受
Node 节点
区块链的节点基本上 必须 支援转送原生代币， 发行代币，发送/接收，挂/取消交易单。
比赛里暂时只要可以跑在linux 上就ok了
Matching Engine 交易配对引擎
可以用onchain 或offchain。 效率和速度最重要。
