Hmmmmm，怎么很正面去讨论这个话题？How can we tackle this in a positive light?

中国人经常非常惊讶得看到我中文说得这么好，还会打字，还打得比他们快！会给我很大的夸奖。我当然很开心而且这是一个很大的鼓励，可是我同时会换位思考如果他们在美国说英文不会被赞美这么多。大家知道那是因为在中国大陆外国人还是很少，会听会写中文的更少，而美国会说英语的华人很多。可是我觉得我学中文和他们学英文的难度一样！我不想说，我们不应该鼓励哪些学中文的外国人，鼓励总是好事，可是我们也应该鼓励哪些很辛苦学会了英语的中国人。现在不太公平，所以我要多鼓励学英语的人！如果你是经过你的努力把握了一个新的语言，一个新的技能，恭喜你，加油！You rock! 学中文的人也要鼓励，可是我们不宠坏他们！
Chinese people are often surprised my Chinese is so good, and that I can ofter type faster than they can. Of course I’m happy to receive a compliment and encouragement, but I try to think about all the Chinese people who’ve studied English, and haven’t received the same praise. Of course everyone knows its because there are still relatively few foreigners who can speak Chinese, but it doesn’t change the fact that the difficulty is the same for both. I’m not saying we shouldn’t encourage Chinese learners, I’m just saying we should also recognize ESL English learners for their hard work and achievement. Maybe a little less for the Chinese learners and more for the English learners. So if you are learning English right, now, rock on!

虽然我觉得目前的情况有点不公平，我觉得整体来说鼓励人去学习和恭祝他们的成功总是一件好事。我努力了很多年才学会了中文，我应该可以有一定的自信和自豪。对我来说把握新的技能是生活最大的乐趣之一。我觉得我们要celebrate所有的通过自己的努力和坚持做出了结果的人。你们今年学到什么呢？提高了自己的哪些方面水平？
Although the current situation is unequal, I think giving people praise for their hard work is generally positive. I spend a lot of time and effort learning Chinese and I think it should afford me some self confidence and pride. After all, mastering new skills is one of the biggest joys of life. 学语言就像锻炼。不需要每天练很多小时，可是如果每天每天都有用那么半小时，一小时时间坚持的做，肯定会累计效果
