为什么SBD被设计成可交易的？

有朋友在Bitask上问我：

SBD 脱锚不是一次了，steemit 上有人提出了一些解决方案。我想在这里也提出一个解决方案，就是停止 SBD 的交易。

SBD 既然要成为锚定资产和美元 1:1，那把 SBD 放到交易所交易是几个意思？1:1 的东西, 有交易的必要吗？STEEM 作为流通币，喂价决定 SBD/STEEM 的兑换关，不允许炒 SBD 的价，SBD 价格由喂价保持和 USD 始终 1:1 的关系，这不是很好吗……为何不禁止 SBD/USD 的交易呢？会有什么影响吗？

我觉得这个问题其实是个伪命题，问者的意思应该是SBD的价格为什么这么不稳定，我的详细回答：

SBD如果不能自由流动还有什么用？就像任何一个国家的货币不能流动就不称之为货币。流通性必须要有的属性：货币是用作交易媒介、储藏价值和记账单位的一种工具。

SBD现在的价格所谓高于1美元，这只是在自由市场的价格，在STEEM自己的系统内部价格还依然是值1美元等值的STEEM币。

既然能自由流动，就会在自由市场上交易，有人追捧，就会产生价格高于1美元。这不是STEEM系统自己已经能控制的事情了。

STEEM系统自己本身根本就没有与任何法币之间的直接交易，更别谈禁止SBD/USD的交易。

你总不能禁止SBD与交易所比如BITTREX之间的转账吧？那就相当于央行说：所有人民币都只能放在央行里，不能发送到各银行去……

    你总不能禁止SBD与交易所比如BITTREX之间的转账吧？那就相当于央行说：所有人民币都只能放在央行里，不能发送到各银行去……

    是, 这点我之前陷入了一个误区, 忘记了 SBD 最根本的作用. SBD 不是用来价值保值的, 而是要作为流通货币的, 当然也就能流入交易所交易, 就和炒外汇一样.

      不太懂为什么同属Steemit, SBD和Steem价格可以一个降一个跌，是因为Steem是按计划发放的，SBD是属于Steemit像法币那样任意发放的吗？

                    The fact is that if they try to keep it 1:1 ratio then the overall trading ration will be lost its place as others are going higher in that time. So, in order to balancing and competing with them they has to rise the value.

                        SBD 的目的其实不单纯是普通的代币, SBD 是要作为流通货币的, 如果价值不稳定就没法用它消费了.

                            参考之前的一个帖子的说法：“在 steem 却只能是用通胀的 STEEM 抵押产生 SBD, 用户持有的 STEEM 是不允许随意抵押产生 SBD 的. 并且 steem 中对于债券比还有一个 10% 的上限设定, 如果 SBD / STEEM 的比例接近或超过了 10%, 系统会采取各种手段将债权比降回到 10% 以下。”
                            现在的SBD/STEEM已经远大于1/10，而且SBD价格变动对的幅度更大，所以SBD并没有起到白皮书中的保值的作用，那么SBD存在的意义是什么呢
