今天上午离婚案件开庭，我本来是女方聘请的律师，男方没请律师。开庭讲到一半，男方就觉得自己好像讲不过我。就发生了一段蒙圈的对话:【男方】:法官我有话说!【法官】:你想说什么?
【男方】:我想问对面律师一个问题。【法官】:你问。
【男方】:诉讼过程中，我和我老婆还没离婚吧?
【我】:有话直说
【男方】:那我老婆给你的律师费，是不是夫妻共同财产?对不对?那就是说他给你花的钱也有我的一半，你也是我的律师了!我现在命令你也要帮我讲话!不能只帮她讲话!
我从业这些年，第一次碰到这样的胡搅蛮缠
!瞬间惊呆了!有毛病吗?没毛病啊!简直逻辑鬼才啊!
连法官都愣了一下!
【法官】:咳咳，当事人你别说了……这件事与庭
审无关，继续开庭
