美食美色，春节必备佳肴

带鱼段是最常见的一种食材，葱姜蒜末、盐腌制入味后，拍干玉米粉，小火煎熟，两面金黄非常有食欲。

老醋木耳，木耳泡发后煮熟过凉，陈醋、味精、味极鲜酱油、香油拌匀，然后撒入香菜、洋葱、红小米椒上桌。

马家沟芹菜手撕成条，盐、味精、香油调匀，扇贝丁绰水后放入。

红焖肘子，葱姜八角适量，加老抽酱油调味，小火焖一个小时左右。

一盘餐后水果。
