晒晒你的年夜饭: 炸年糕

感謝@mrspiontm發起的"晒晒你的年夜饭"活動

晚上吃完飯把小寶哄睡後，幫S切了盤木瓜，沒想到她吃後說她還餓。想起一個好友耳提面命的"Happy Wife, Happy Life"，趕緊動身再來做個消夜 : 炸年糕。

以往每年回家如果沒吃到炸年糕就不像過到年。家裡的炸年糕是沾麵粉，但我覺得那樣容易把廚房弄髒，就改良成包餛飩皮。這樣不僅速度快，易清潔，餛飩皮炸的脆脆的也多了一個口感。整個過程不花10分鐘，大家可以試試看。

            是把年糕包在馄饨皮里面嘛？那要不要用什么蘸料呢？
            我突然想到了一个菜谱...可以在馄饨皮里面包上年糕和豆沙/麻心，热热甜甜的应该很好吃。或者就直接蘸炼乳或是蕃茄酱，不行，我把自己说饿了...

              媽媽會撒糖粉，但我覺得夠甜了，不加也可以。沾煉乳應該也不錯，番茄醬感覺好跳tone阿。我覺得炸完後，放進紅豆湯應該有戲。
