Hi - I cannot read chinese but ask for an online-friend from mainland-china how he can join Steemit -- he is blocked but is not sure if its his Browser or his IP ... so how can a Chinese become member on Steemit ? would be nice if you answer me directly or if you have an account on russian network VK then you find me under the same name -- thanks a lot !
