参加奥林匹克运动会#9 胸部力量训练+单车有氧运动

 响应国家全民健身,参加由 @tvb 举办的奥林匹克运动会,在此非常感谢 一姐@tvb 。 

 

今天的连云港多云,气温在25℃上下,非常的巴适。海风吹在身上,很舒服~

运动情况:

今天主要对胸部力量进行训练。

先在跑步机上快走五分钟,然后对今天主要训练部位进行热身活动。

首先,坐推20kg×15×2组+40kg×10×4组+30kg做到力竭×2组

然后进行蝴蝶机夹胸从20kg开始依次递增,每组12个,做到力竭~我最终做到40kg×8个就没力了。

接下来进行单车有氧训练。33分钟。

接下来进行拉伸,看了会世界杯,看到阿根廷队1:0冰岛。


运动心得:

运动是一个好习惯,希望能坚持下去,每天多流流汗,没准瘦了呢~
