Thanks i love the article, i am currently living in taiwan but i am typing english because my chinese typing speed is very very slow. When we feel fear, we should sit back and think about why we are stressed, sometime there is something we have no capacity to do, this is ok, but for others, just go for it.

Oh thank you very much, yes, fear can be handled on different ways for some people. However, action is the most effective and common way to beat fear, also the most difficult to do hahaha
