软糯香甜的糯米藕,上海人应该是很喜欢吃这个了
食材:糯米300克左右,藕3节,红糖,冰糖,红枣,糖桂花
做法步骤:
1.糯米洗净泡4个小时以上
2.藕去皮,从大头切开
3.将泡好的糯米塞进孔里,用筷子捅严实
4.将切掉的大头拼回去,用牙签固定
6.盖上盖子,大火煮开,转小火煮两个半小时
7.煮熟后关火,两三个小时候再开盖,中火收汁
8.放凉后切片
