鸡脯肉300克,青椒1个,红椒1个,藕100克,生姜、蒜、酱油、鸡精、糖、料酒、鸡蛋清过量
操作步骤:
1、把青红椒全部切丁,生姜、蒜切碎,干红椒切节;
2、将鸡脯肉用酱油、鸡精、糖、料酒、鸡蛋清抓腌平均,放置十分钟;
3、锅内热油,六成热时,倒入鸡丁敏捷炒散;
4、待鸡肉一发白立即盛起备用;
5、锅内热油,顺次下入藕、青红椒,炒至发干;
6、倒入鸡丁,调味,炒匀即可。
