猪肉、榨菜
做法:
1、猪肉切片用盐、生抽、蚝油、白糖、淀粉、在放点油腌制半小时

2、腌好的猪肉铺在碟子底部,上现放上现成的榨菜3、水开上锅蒸十分钟,闷两分钟就可上餐桌了
