今天(10日)凌晨，甘肃白银出现持续强降雨天气，白银区、景泰县、靖远县等部分地区暴发山洪，道路阻断，房屋被淹。在靖远县，山洪将多辆车冲入黄河。截至上午10点，暴雨已造成8人死亡。
凌晨1时04分，白银消防支队接到报警称，位于白银市白银区109国道考试中心内发生洪涝灾害，有数十人被困。支队指派产业园中队立即出警前往处置。中队到达现场后，现场道路已被洪水淹没，消防车辆无法前进，中队徒步携带装备绕路进行救援，沿途有多辆汽车因山洪暴发而挤撞在一起，村庄部分房屋被山洪所毁，经消防官兵救援疏散，共抢救疏散被困群众30余人。此次暴雨引发的山洪，导致白银区一辆车侧翻，6人遇难。
在靖远县北滩乡上梁村八泉沟附近，山洪将多辆车冲入黄河，洪水过后，部分车辆半裸露在河水中，车辆损坏严重，有人员被困。截至上午10时，2名被困人员被打捞上来，已无生命体征。搜救和打捞工作目前仍在紧张进行当中。
