豆瓣啤酒排骨
材料:肋排1斤;蒜;六月鲜酱油;六月香豆瓣酱;生粉;鸡蛋;油;盐;糖;

广式腊肠炒莴笋
资料: 莴笋2个、广式腊肠2根、独蒜1只、植物油、生抽1大勺、盐大批、鸡精过量;
做法
1.腊肠上锅蒸10分钟附近至熟。
2.蒸腊肠的过程当中处置莴笋,去皮切片。蒜去皮切片。
3.将腊肠切片。
4.锅入油,炒香蒜片。
5.下入莴笋和腊肠同炒。
6.参加调味料翻炒1-2分钟便可出锅。
酸辣土豆丝
资料: 土豆t500克、干辣椒5根、香葱1根、盐5克、白醋/陈醋5-7毫升;
做法
1.土豆切丝,或用刨刀刨丝,多换水洗到水中没有混浊感,土豆丝泡水中备用。香葱切葱花备用。同时,烧开水,预备烫土豆丝。这一步能够去除一部分淀粉。
2.烧的开水,水煮沸后放入土豆丝,全盘按到水里留意:察看土豆丝一变得通明,就捞出,不要煮久了,煮久了相对不会脆哦!
3.捞出的土豆丝泡凉水中投凉,或许要换两、三次水。再捞出,沥干水备用。辣椒在水里洗一下,即刻捞出来,擦干;

2.炒锅烧热,加过量油,煸香葱姜蒜片,倒入西芹片,炒至断青,加腊肠片翻炒,出锅加大批盐便可
