大蒜泡酒有什麽功效與作用,又該如何泡呢

大蒜泡酒具有健胃強精、利尿解毒、殺菌清腸、補血安神和保護肝等功效。

實踐證明,吃酒泡大蒜、喝蒜浸白酒4個月後,頭昏腦漲及手臂麻木的癥狀明顯減輕,半年後,一切病癥基本消失。大蒜是人體的“清道夫”,能稀釋血液,降低膽固醇,防止動脈硬化;浸過大蒜的酒,可以擴張血管,使血管中的渣不能粘附在血管壁上,有利於將其排除體外。

大蒜泡酒方法一:

1.材料:糧食白酒2公斤,大蒜頭1公斤。

2.制法:大蒜剝掉外皮,直接放入白酒中,密封,浸泡2周即可。器皿最好選擇玻璃的,白酒度數在50-60度之間。

3.功效:驅寒,健體。

大蒜泡酒方法二:

1.材料:白酒1公斤,大蒜頭400克,白砂糖250克。

2.制法:大蒜剝掉外皮,洗凈,拍裂,大的大蒜可以切成2~3片,放入裝有白酒的瓶子裏,加入白糖,密封,放2~3個月即可飲用。

3.功效:抗菌健胃,能夠預防感冒腹瀉,軟化血管,治療失眠。

大蒜泡酒方法三:

1.材料:白酒2.5公斤,大蒜頭1公斤,桃仁、淡豆豉各500克。

2.制法:淡豆豉、桃仁和大蒜切碎,放入一個幹凈的紗布袋裏,紮緊口,放入白酒瓶,密封,春夏兩季浸泡3天左右,秋冬兩季浸泡一周。

3.功效:活血,祛風除濕,痛經活絡,溫腎壯陽。

溫馨提示:大蒜酒一次不要喝太多,每次喝10~20克即可,每天1~2次。
