The traditional Japanese art - "Ikebana"

Summer - flowers bloom time, clear and beautiful bouquets. Therefore, it is time to briefly introduce Ikebana - Japanese art of bouquets conclusion. Ikebana is mentioned in historical sources already in the fifteenth century. Most Japanese ikebana called composition, and the art of teaching - Kado. There are many styles of ikebana created. Japan is currently estimated at over 3,000 ikebana even between schools and they are learning more than 15mln. students. The unusual is that this time equally interested in both men and women. Even with such a diversity of schools and styles, it is always based on the 3 main ikebana composition rules: the sky, the man, the earth (from top down). All schools are valid even one principle - to create ikebana only from living plants.

My mother-in-law goes to class to study ikebana. I'd love to have one she designed in my house but with two active boys -- that's not going to happen.
